The Rooms

  • Nujuma offers 63 eco-friendly villas, ranging from one to three bedrooms, with 20 stunning overwater options connected by a striking circular elevated walkway. These solar-powered retreats seamlessly blend cutting-edge design with sustainability.
  • Designed by Foster + Partners, the villas take inspiration from seashells, with spherical shapes that exude a natural yet futuristic vibe. Inside, open-plan layouts feature soaring ceilings, local artisan details and even a telescope for stargazing.
  • The decor reflects the region’s heritage, incorporating locally crafted artifacts and nods to Bedouin traditions, such as Al Sadu-inspired black-and-white cushions. Harmonious and layered, the design ties the modern villas to their cultural roots.
  • Each villa includes a terrace complete with a private plunge pool. Depending on the villa’s orientation, you can enjoy breathtaking sunrise or sunset views over the water.
