For example, gourmands will be delighted by a meticulously crafted ravioli stuffed with langoustines, swimming in San Marzano tomato consommé and sage butter, that maintains a sense of freshness and playfulness.

The interiors of Anthology reflect the spirit of the menu, featuring simple, clean lines in a space that is neither overly fussy nor formal. Our Inspector's Highlights

Garanger’s seven-course Italian-inspired menu triumphs by elevating Italian classics such as risotto, cannelloni and spaghetti to new heights with creative touches that celebrate the simplicity of each ingredient.
The bright and airy indoor space seats 48 and feels intimate and sleek, while the outdoor area accommodates 22 diners, allowing them to enjoy their meal with the ocean air and sparkling Mediterranean water.
Dishes prominently spotlight luxurious ingredients like Oscietra Royal caviar, lobster, black truffle and Wagyu beef.
The meal concludes with a beautifully plated finish; the millefoglie features pillowy vanilla cream sandwiched between two caramelized crisps of dough, nearly too pretty to eat.
The service, as everywhere onboard EXPLORA I, is exceptional. The waitstaff is attentive yet discreet, gladly accommodating diners with dietary restrictions, which is greatly appreciated for a tasting menu

The fine-dining restaurant is located on Deck Five of EXPLORA I.
