Arrival sets the tone early. A dedicated guest experience agent, who remains your primary point of contact throughout the stay, manages check-in inside the villa itself. Priority reservations are available at seven à la carte restaurants within the neighboring Anda Barut Collection, while villa guests also enjoy access to the Fish Camp restaurant and bar reserved specifically for the enclave. Location is everything at Bayou Villas Delice Peninsula. The all-villa resort sits about 15 minutes from Didim, where the coastline feels quieter and less developed than Turkey’s better-known resort hubs.
You’ll enjoy full access to the spa at the nearby Anda Barut resort, where you can spend an afternoon moving between a traditional Turkish hammam, steam rooms and long, restorative massages.
The surrounding resort also offers sailing, paddleboarding and cycling routes around the peninsula, giving active travelers a reason to explore beyond their terrace.
Within the adjacent Anda Barut resort complex, you can rotate between seven restaurants serving everything from Mediterranean seafood to Turkish grill classics and Asian-inspired plates.
The peninsula setting naturally slows the pace. Coastal paths, sea breezes and open Aegean views make even a short walk around the property feel like part of your vacation.

The Rooms

The one-bedroom sea-view villa measures roughly 1,560 square feet, balancing interior living space with an outdoor garden and private pool terrace. It is also the only category with an adults-only policy (16 and older), making it the quietest corner of an already serene property.
The three-bedroom villas, available in both garden and sea-view orientations, expand the footprint to roughly 2,594 square feet. They are designed with families or groups in mind, with generous living spaces and terraces that encourage long afternoons outdoors.
Each villa at the luxury hotel includes a fully equipped kitchen separate from the main living area — practical for longer stays, even if the resort’s dining options make self-catering largely optional.
Technology is thoughtful. A Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth sound system, paired with Apple TV and Chromecast, make up the in-villa entertainment setup.
