Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG

A sky-high landmark in Dubai Marina
VERIFIED LUXURY
Soaring dramatically 82 stories above Dubai Marina, Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG is the world’s tallest hotel. The property’s keyhole-topped silhouette was a striking addition to the city’s unique skyline when it opened in 2025. The property is conceived as a vertical luxury escape, where height, light and uninterrupted views define the experience as much as contemporary design.

Inside, the hotel emphasizes sleek, modern interiors with a focus on scale and elevation, drawing the eye outward toward floor-to-ceiling windows that capture sweeping panoramas of the marina, Palm Jumeirah and the gulf.

Accommodations are configured to maximize the sight, with rooms and suites oriented toward the skyline and waterfront. But everything at the property, from the eight restaurants to the 24-hour gym, takes advantage of the breathtaking perspective.

Our Inspector's Highlights

  • Envisioned as a haven of calm, the 1,004 rooms prioritize simplicity (clean lines and neutral tones) over spectacle, letting the focus remain squarely on the marina vistas. The design centerpiece is a stone mural with a soft, sophisticated color palette of deep blues, teals and smoky grays, which adds a gorgeous artistic texture to the room without overwhelming the space.
  • At the Dubai hotel’s suite level, accommodations take on a more residential feel, with separate living areas, while select configurations emphasize wellness-driven bathrooms featuring deep-soaking tubs and walk-in showers facing the panoramas.
  • Set on the 76th level, the sky pool offers one of the highest infinity-edge swimming experiences in the world, with uninterrupted views that extend across the marina skyline and out toward the gulf.
  • Choose your own dining experience at the stylish and sleek Tattu, a U.K. import. The Asian restaurant spans multiple floors: the 74th-level House of Dragon, a modern Chinese restaurant and bar; the 76th-floor House of Koi, for poolside eating; and the 81st-floor House of Phoenix, an alfresco sky lounge and terrace with cocktails and 360-degree vistas.
  • The mesmerizing views from the 61st floor would be enough to calm you, but Alera Spa cements it with treatments like the Alera Renewal Journey, an exfoliation and massage customized to your needs.

The Restaurants

  • West 13 channels Mediterranean and European influences, with a menu spanning grilled seafood, mezze, handmade pastas and wood-fired specialties served in a relaxed 13th-floor setting.
  • A large-scale buffet restaurant inspired by the Silk Road, East 14 brings together Chinese, Indian and Southeast Asian flavors, supported by live cooking stations for ramen, dim sum, curries and sushi.
  • Upgrade to access The Nest Club Lounge. The luxury hotel’s 16th-floor executive lounge serves a European-style breakfast, afternoon snacks and nightly cocktails and canapés.
  • The casual Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery offers a bright, airy stop on the ground level for morning coffee and pastries, lunchtime sandwiches and fresh-pressed juices, and indulgent milkshakes whenever the mood strikes.
  • On the 11th floor, Nuage offers relaxed poolside dining with a focus on fresh salads, poke bowls, burgers, pizzas and classic desserts, served with skyline views of Dubai Marina.
