Yazz Collective

A hidden coastal retreat on the Turkish Riviera
VERIFIED LUXURY
Few arrivals are as memorable as the one at Yazz Collective. Tucked into a secluded cove on the Turkish Riviera in Fethiye, this intimate retreat can only be reached by water. Whether arriving aboard the resort's speedboat, by seaplane or on your own yacht, the final approach glides past pine-covered slopes into a hidden bay, where the property slowly reveals itself.

Designed as a low-density enclave, Yazz Collective comprises 36 rooms, suites, tents and villas, alongside a beach club, restaurant, bar, spa and gym — all discreetly woven into the landscape. With no main pool to distract from the sea, days naturally revolve around the beach and sheltered cove.

Even during peak season, the resort retains a welcome sense of privacy, while regular boat transfers and guided adventures make it easy to explore more of the spectacular Göcek-Fethiye coastline.

Our Inspector's Highlights

  • Getting there is a highlight in itself. With no roads or passing traffic, the only arrivals are fellow guests, daytrippers, local fishing boats and the occasional yacht dropping anchor in the sheltered cove, creating a level of tranquility that's increasingly rare along the Mediterranean.
  • As you might imagine, life at Yazz revolves around the water. A private strip of smooth-pebbled coastline is lined with sun loungers facing the Aegean Sea, while a shaded deck offers welcome relief from the afternoon sun. Underwater scooters, canoes, paddleboards and wakeboards make it easy to explore the sheltered cove, or you can set off on a boat journey through Göcek’s famed Twelve Islands for a day at sea.
  • Yazz Restaurant is the luxury resort's laid-back eatery, where you'll enjoy most of your meals. Right on the water's edge, it champions seasonal, locally sourced ingredients in a Mediterranean menu that ranges from Turkish breakfasts with honeycomb and yogurt to grilled seafood and wood-fired mezze.
  • On weekends, Yazz Restaurant takes on more of a sophisticated beach club atmosphere. Sunset DJ sets and handcrafted cocktails draw a mix of stylish resort guests and those cruising the Göcek-Fethiye coastline, long considered one of the Mediterranean's premier sailing destinations.
  • Wellness is woven naturally into daily life at Yazz. Beyond the open-air gym and treehouse-like spa, the property offers sunrise yoga, hands-on creative workshops, cycling tours, guided hikes and cultural walks, making it just as appealing for active travelers as it is for those seeking complete relaxation.

The Rooms

  • Like the rest of the Fethiye resort, the guest rooms were designed by Istanbul-based studio FAAR Concept, led by architect Fahrettin Aykut. The low-slung buildings are intentionally unobtrusive, tucked among the trees and clad in bamboo, timber and natural stone so they almost disappear into the landscape. Generous outdoor living spaces and earthy, understated interiors make them feel even more in tune with nature.
  • Whether you choose a room, suite, tent or villa, accommodations are consistently spacious and well-appointed. King beds, air conditioning, rainfall and outdoor showers, generous terraces all come standard, while plunge pools or direct sea access are available in many room categories.
  • The Premium Villa is the resort's largest accommodation. At 969 square feet, there's ample room for up to four adults, with the highlight being a sprawling outdoor terrace perched among the trees, complete with a pool and a shaded veranda for lazy afternoons.
  • Most accommodations overlook lush gardens rather than the sea. If waking up to water is high on your wish list, book the 517-square-foot Splendid Terrace Villa. A romantic retreat for two, it features double vanities, a plunge pool and a sea view from your bed.
  • Introduced in 2025, the resort's luxury tents offer an even more immersive way to experience the surrounding landscape. Set among olive trees and citrus groves, these safari-style retreats pair canvas walls with king beds, pools and chic outdoor living spaces for a refined glamping experience on the Turkish Riviera.
