- All of the rooms and suites are designed with sophisticated, timeless touches like statement-making bedside crystal light fixtures and marble-clad bathrooms.
- Noted chefs Fred Grava and Glenn Viel are behind the Provençal menu at rooftop restaurant Taulissa, where dishes like barbecue-grilled artichoke with coriander pesto and langoustine with citrus and black garlic mayonnaise embrace local, seasonal ingredients.
- Despite being on the boutique side, the hotel’s centerpiece Oria Spa spans nearly 7,000 square feet, making it feel like an urban sanctuary. In addition to a marble indoor pool, mosaic-lined Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, six treatment rooms offer a range of facial and body services — the signature involving a decadent, 24K-gold face mask.
- The Nice hotel’s 30 suites feature lounge areas and soaking tubs, with the top-floor Suite Victoria and Suite Céline opening to expansive sea view terraces that measure nearly the same size as the rooms.
