The elegant dining room serves three meals each day, as well as a weekend brunch and a midday nosh session complete with fresh oysters from 3 to 5 p.m.

After an Exotic Milk Ritual (a salt scrub followed by a hydrating milky mineral-rich bath) or Monet’s Favorite Fragrance Massage (a Swedish rubdown with aromatherapy), use wonderful amenities like the Himalayan salt sauna, eucalyptus-infused steam room or toasty Jacuzzi outside.
- From your room to the Aqua Terrace, there are lots of nooks with roaring fires throughout the property that make you want to sit and take a break. Around the corner from the front desk is an intimate library complete with chess and books — the latter is just what you need for curling up to a fire (you won’t have to go far — there’s even a fireplace in the library).
