Overlooking Talamanca Bay, Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is a haven for foodies. But there’s much more to Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay than its restaurants. Unwind in the onsite Six Senses spa or get gussied up at the John Frieda salon. Partake in activities like guided hikes, e-foiling (silent motorized surfing), sunset meditations and sound baths, cliff jumping, e-bike tours and more. Or opt to lazily lounge in the two outdoor seafront pools. It’s also a prime place to do some exploring. The property opens up onto the beach, and from there it's just a short walk to Marina Botafoch and Ibiza’s old town.

- Book a select junior suite to get a plunge pool in a secluded, landscaped terrace attached to the accommodation. There's even a two-person lounging bed outside that encourages even more relaxation.
- As the name of the hotel suggests, this property hosts world-renowned chef Matsuhisa Nobu's signature Japanese restaurant, Nobu. It's an absolute must-try for the sushi alone. Not that there is only raw fish on the menu — try the delicate and rich wagyu beef tacos, kushiyaki skewers and lobster salad. Or go all out with the omakase, a tasting menu with five- or seven-course options.
- Head to the beach for a casual, but no less delicious meal at Chambao, the outdoor chiringuito (or “beach bar”). This spot is best for breakfast or lunch. As you look out toward the sea, dine on the catch of the day, Valencia-style paella, fresh salads, pizzas and more. The cocktail menu is worth checking out, as is the wine list. In the morning, choose from a buffet or à la carte options.
- For lighter fare, the Bay Café is the place to go for vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free and sugar-free bites. It's also where to indulge in a casual cocktail or a zero-proof drink — it’s full of comfortable wicker chairs and simple wooden tables and feels as bright and fresh as the food and drink.
