Suites embrace a sand-toned palette of natural materials such as wood, rattan and linen, and while they’re minimalist in design, they’re accented by a few luxurious touches like indoor or outdoor whirlpools, Balinese beds perched in private gardens and outdoor showers.
At signature restaurant Sa Pleta by Marc Fosh, freshly caught seafood from across the Balearic Islands, farm-raised meat and local produce are fire-cooked and served with gastronomic pairings for plates like grilled Iberian pork with broccoli and white miso purée.
The luxury hotel’s infinity pools are the perfect spots to catch the sunrise, but you can also make your way down to the sea to the secluded Sa Cova dels Albardans or via a staircase carved into the cliffs at neighboring Can Simoneta.
