Overlooking Rodney Bay, the resort encourages guests to make themselves at home with full kitchens, generous living spaces and direct access to one of the island’s calmest swimmable beaches.

That relaxed residential character comes with all the comforts of a full-service resort. Complimentary watersports, multiple pools, a spa, fitness center and notable dining options mean there's plenty to enjoy without leaving the property, though Rodney Bay's restaurants, bars and shops are well worth exploring.

Centered around a private marina, the St. Lucia resort enjoys a distinctly nautical atmosphere. From the terraces of the Marina View Suites, you'll have a front-row seat as sleek yachts and sailboats glide across the harbor.
Four lagoon-style swimming pools and two hot tubs are set throughout the grounds, and the beach is another major selling point. The Landings enjoys a private ribbon of soft white sand lined with plenty of sun loungers and shady palms, so there's rarely any need to compete for a spot. The bay's sheltered position creates some of St. Lucia's calmest, clearest and most swimmable waters, making it just as appealing for leisurely swims and paddleboarding as it is for floating beneath the Caribbean sun.
The Landings Spa offers one of the Caribbean’s most distinctive wellness programs. Located above the grand marble lobby, the 7,000-square-foot sanctuary houses eight treatment rooms, outdoor hydrotherapy terraces and thoughtfully designed wellness programs, including dedicated treatments for women's health and oncology care.
Non-motorized watersports are included with your stay, so you can wander down to the beach and take out a paddleboard, kayak or Hobie Cat to explore the bay at your own pace. Independent jet ski outfits operate along the beach for an additional fee, while paid excursions arranged by the resort include scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, catamaran cruises and romantic sunset sails.
There's a genuine sense of community at the property. Unlike a traditional hotel, The Landings is built around a collection of privately owned residences, giving the resort a more established, residential feel.

The interiors prioritize coastal comfort over cutting-edge design, with a classic, residential feel that suits the resort’s villa-style concept. Think rattan and bamboo furnishings, tropical-print fabrics, a soft neutral palette and island-inspired artwork.
For travelers who want to wake up just steps from the sand, the Beachfront Suites promise an ideal location. Available as one, two, or three-bedroom suites, their residential-style layouts pair naturally flowing living spaces with classic, sun-drenched tropical luxury, complemented by butler service and sweeping sea views.
Overlooking the resort’s private marina, the aptly named MarinaView Suites offer a more Riviera-inspired setting, with views of sleek yachts, palm-lined boardwalks and beautifully manicured harbor gardens. The atmosphere feels more cosmopolitan than the beachfront, while the well-equipped kitchens, washer-dryers and expansive terraces make them particularly well suited to longer stays.
