Our Inspector's Highlights
- There’s no need to pack your own gear. HERMES offers gratis snorkeling equipment, wetsuits, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards on a first-come, first-served basis.
- HERMES has no communal tables, so couples, families and friends can dine together privately whether they're at one of the two restaurants or in their suite.
- Every suite has a private indoor Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, making it possible to soak in comfort without giving up the scenery.
- Always-available butlers can unpack luggage, stock individual minibar preferences, prepare the private hot tub and arrange meals in the suite, allowing you to settle in without worrying about the details.
- Two lounges, a library, observation areas and expansive decks offer plenty of space to retreat between excursions, even with just 20 people aboard. Complimentary cooking and cocktail classes are available when you need a little more structure.
The Staterooms
- Private balconies and expansive sea views give each accommodation a direct connection to the surrounding Galápagos waters.
- The palette is calm and coastal. Cream, beige, oat and taupe upholstery and bedding create a soft backdrop that keeps the focus on the ocean outside, while chevron-patterned wood paneling behind the bed and vertical slatted accents in warm oak and teak give the staterooms a distinctly residential feel.
- Lighting is subtle and architectural. Recessed ceiling illumination provides a warm glow, complemented by streamlined black-and-brass bedside lamps and task lighting.
- Bathrooms flow naturally into the staterooms. Light-wood vanities, halo-lit mirrors, brushed-metal fixtures and frameless glass openings create an open connection between the sleeping and bathing areas.
- The yacht’s largest accommodation, the Owner’s Suite, has two private balconies and two bathrooms, each with its own hot tub, along with additional space for relaxing and taking in the views.
