At.mosphere Restaurant

French fine dining on top of the world
VERIFIED LUXURY

Towering over the city’s skyline, At.mosphere Restaurant and Lounge, at an awe-inspiring height of 1,450 feet on Level 122 of the Burj Khalifa, impresses in a way that few fine-dining establishments in the world can. With mosaic-tiled floors, sculptural chandeliers, a stately staircase, luxe gold accents, mirrored ceilings and jewel-hued leather and velvet dining chairs, the French art deco design exudes a sense of sophisticated glamour befitting a venue that’s located within the world’s tallest tower. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer astounding views of the city that serve as a sublime backdrop to a sumptuous meal.

For those after contemporary French cuisine in a high-end setting, there’s no wrong time to visit At.mosphere Restaurant and Lounge. While the lounge area is open for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner (including a late one), the fine-dining restaurant serves lunch and dinner with a variety of set and à la carte menus, as well as plenty of exclusive dining experiences.

Our Inspector's Highlights

  • What better way to begin a day in Dubai than with breakfast at The Lounge? The set menu features wagyu charcuterie, a deconstructed Benedict with black truffle and turkey remoulade, cannelloni and French toast. Alternatively, breakfast dishes such as scrambled eggs with Baeri caviar and Canadian lobster can be ordered from the à la carte menu.
  • High tea at The Lounge is an exquisite affair with two- and three-course set menus. Expect a variety of sandwiches (bluefin tartare brioche) and treats (raspberry Eton mess and reversed lemon tarts). The panoramic views are best enjoyed while sipping premium coffees and teas from around the world, from Japanese sencha to Darjeeling.
  • Protein lovers will be delighted to find three-course set menus at At.mosphere Restaurant that center around Kobe A5 and Okan wagyu with a marbling score of 9+.
  • To sample the best of the Dubai restaurant’s contemporary French fare, opt for one of the set menus (offering seven or 13 courses) with seasonal dishes. Vegetarians are also well-catered to with a meat-free tasting menu where black truffle is the highlight.
  • Cigar aficionados will appreciate the selection of premium cigars available at the elegant Conservatory.

The Food

  • The à la carte menu impresses with dishes such as blue lobster, veal blanquette and lamb saddle.
  • Good for sharing, the wagyu 9+ tomahawk, sourced from pureblood wagyu cattle, is slow-cooked to precision for hours.
  • With Mediterranean Sea oysters, hamachi with vermouth dressing, New Caledonian blue shrimp and Canadian lobster among other delicacies, the restaurant’s seafood tower is worthy of celebratory meals, while the premium caviars and oysters on the menu are also excellent choices.
