Red Oak Steakhouse
A modern steakhouse in the Arkansas Delta
Here are five things to know about us:
1. We verify luxury. Our highly trained inspectors visit every property we rate, evaluating based on up to 900 objective criteria. Our hotel stays span a minimum of two nights.
2. We pay our own way. No one can buy a rating; all ratings are earned through our objective inspection process.
3. Our global team of inspectors are anonymous at all times, so they have the same experience as a typical guest.
4. While we inspect both service and facility, our Star Rating system emphasizes service because your experience at a hotel, restaurant or spa goes beyond looks — how it makes you feel is what you will remember most.
5. We started in1958 as Mobil Travel Guide, and we created the original Five-Star rating system for hospitality.

These properties deliver an outstanding experience and consistently offer a highly customized level of service.
Four-Star

Hidden away inside Saracen Casino Resort, Red Oak Steakhouse is one of the most ambitious restaurants in Arkansas. The adults-only dining room balances classic steakhouse elegance with contemporary sensibilities, resulting in a polished atmosphere that feels pleasantly removed from the energy of the casino floor. While familiar steakhouse staples hold court on the menu, executive chef Michael Qandah takes a more global and creative approach to the genre. Alongside more than 15 steak cuts and preparations — ranging from steak verde to dry-aged ribeye to Kobe strip — you’ll also find seared pork tenderloin, smoked elk and fresh-caught fish, complemented by a tome of a wine list and a reliable roster of classic cocktails.
While the menu pays homage to the great American steakhouse, subtle Southern influences and regional touches, from Arkansas-made sake and Quapaw-owned O-Gah-Pah coffee to locally inspired sauces, anchor Red Oak firmly in its locale.
