La Dame (Silver Endeavour)
French fine dining with Arctic views
La Dame is Silver Endeavour’s most formal and in-demand dining room, offering a tightly focused take on classic French cuisine in an intimate setting. On deck 4, the restaurant seats roughly 20 guests, creating a quiet, almost private fine-dining atmosphere.
Dinner is the only service, with the option of à la carte selections or a structured multi-course tasting menu, often paired with French wines. The cooking leans traditional — expect masterful sauces, meticulous plating and a measured pace that encourages lingering over another glass of champagne. This is a special-occasion experience.
Our Inspector's Highlights
- La Dame is a white tablecloth affair where the ambiance is just as important as the cuisine. Gilded chargers, mirrored walls and dedicated stemware for each varietal are all standard here.
- While the menu changes, one of the signatures is the Dover sole à la Grenobloise, a nutty brown butter sauce.
- The multi-course degustation menu includes all the standards expected of a French fine-dining venue, including caviar, lobster and a sinful soufflé to round out the symphony of richness.
- Request a table near one of the large triple-panel windows to take in views of passing icebergs while you sip champagne.
- Be sure to save room for dessert. Options range from a classic cheeseboard to a tropical passionfruit crepe served with creamy coconut ice cream.

- La Dame is the premium dining experience aboard Silver Endeavour and is not included in your sailing. Dinner here will require an additional fee.
- The Silver Endeavor restaurant adheres to an elegant-casual dress code. While jackets are highly recommended for men, they’re not required on expedition ships like Silver Endeavour.
- Reservations are a must at La Dame. Book ahead of your sailing, if possible.
