CW Prime’s menu stretches well beyond traditional steakhouse expectations, pairing reserve cuts and wagyu selections with dishes like scallop crudo, grilled octopus and steelhead trout with whey butter and trout roe.
Several preparations showcase the Gulf Coast restaurant’s Josper grill, lending subtle smoke and depth to steaks, seafood and vegetables alike.
The bar area carries a polished supper club sensibility, anchored by sculptural wood ceiling details, softly glowing backlit liquor displays and curved high-back stools that create an intimate perch for cocktails before dinner. The main dining room balances contemporary glamour with classic steakhouse through white tablecloth-draped tables, marble-clad columns and plush banquette seating.
The beverage program stands out for its highly allocated wines, refined spirit selections and inventive cocktails like the truffle-forward Beneath the Soil and Caroline’s 400, served tableside.
