Located at the Health and Beauty Institute within the resort, the elegant spa is home to 12 Arabesque-designed treatment rooms, hammam, steam rooms, saunas, plunge pools and relaxation areas. An extensive range of services, designed around the pillars of unwinding, restoring and elevating, are available. There’s also a well-equipped fitness center, open 24/7, to get a workout in and a hair salon in case you want to leave the tranquil space looking as great as you feel after your massage.

Designed to combine the wellness benefits of nature-based eco-therapy and vibrational energy, Nature’s a by ESPA offers a unique immersive holistic treatment at One&Only Spa that restores the harmonious balance of both mind and body while also uplifting physical and emotional wellbeing. The experience combines the benefits of binaural beats, Solfeggio frequencies and a soundscape indigenous to the region, to harness the positive energy of the earth’s vibrations and create an intense state of relaxation.
For a sense of place, unwind with one of the signature hammam treatments. Drawing upon ancient Arabian wellness rituals, these services are offered in the traditional Oriental hammam. The 90- or 120-minute Royal Hammam involves a deep cleanse using Moroccan black soap, exfoliation with a loofah, and application of a rhassoul wrap, a reinvigorating white clay face mask, and a green tea shampoo and conditioner. Afterward, a soothing shea butter massage delivered on a warm marble slab bestows absolute relaxation.
The menu of body massages presents options inspired by therapies from around the world. Whether it’s a reinvigorating, circulation-boosting Swedish massage, an aromatherapeutic hot stone massage or a classic Thai massage, there’s something for every preference.
To restore your glow, choose from a range of facials that combine modern techniques with skincare products from renowned brands such as 111SKIN and ESPA. The 90-minute Ultra Hydrafacial involves a detoxifying facial lymphatic drainage, a deep cleanse, an exfoliation, an extraction, a personalized ESPA facial mask and LED light therapy that reduces redness, hyperpigmentation and breakouts.
If you’re celebrating a special occasion with a partner, consider the 90-minute Optimal Release couple’s treatment. Offered in the luxurious suite for two, the pampering begins with an exfoliating full-body scrub and is followed by a 60-minute full-body massage of your choice.

Things to Know

Arrive 30 minutes early to take advantage of the Dubai spa’s steam and sauna facilities, and to consult with a therapist about treatments that best suit your preferences.
For those short on time, the spa’s express treatments include foot massages, body scrubs and a restorative post-sun treatment.
The fitness center offers personal training, assisted stretching, shadow boxing, HIIT workouts and private yoga sessions.
For the aforementioned Nature’s Resonance Experience, a tree is planted for every 30-minute sound experience, three trees for the 60-minute sound and body experience and five trees for the 90-minute sound, face and body experience.
