Forbes Travel Guide performs independent, incognito inspections of all hotels we rate. This is what we paid when we stayed at this hotel.

Rates can vary widely by room type and season. "We Paid" is intended to give a general sense of price, but you might find considerably different rates for your trip.

When we book, we aim for the optimum season for the destination, but we avoid holidays and major public events, when prices are highest. We generally book a room at one category up from the most basic.

We take advantage of promotional rates, when possible. That means the rate you see above might have included other benefits, such as spa or meal credits.

Choose from hammam treatments like the revitalizing Za’atar Detox, which uses Moroccan clay from the High Atlas Mountains to draw out impurities, or the Emirates Hammam, which employs local dates and camel milk to reduce signs of aging.

Pick up a serene souvenir at the spa boutique. The retail space sells wellness and skincare products from renowned brands such as Aromatherapy Associates and UAE-based Hammamii.
The Fitness Center and Movement Studio carries plenty of Technogym cardio and Outrace strength training equipment to suit any skill level, with trainers on hand if you need an extra push.

The Treatments

Spoil yourself with a regal service inspired by the UAE’s desert bounty. The Royal Saffron treatment features an artisanal blend of 24-karat gold, saffron and mogra jasmine to aid cellular regeneration and hormonal balance.
If you’re feeling jetlagged, try the two-hour Oriental Harmony, where two therapists provide a warm scrub and massage to help spur physical and mental recovery.

The Facilities
