- The relaxation lounge is just what you need after a treatment — dark, cozy and illuminated by twinkling lights overhead. Sink into one of the extra wide, super-soft day beds, each cocooned by light drapes for privacy.
- While the spa pool is more suitable for a relaxing dip than vigorous laps, it affords serene views of the River Maigue, which winds through the estate. When the weather warms up, the doors open to create an indoor-outdoor experience. For a proper swim, head over to the larger infinity pool in the hotel's Padel Club.
- When you walk into the Limerick spa, you’re greeted with a gentle waft of the hotel’s signature scent —a luxurious blend of woody notes, fig leaves and parched earth.
- Every treatment here is elevated by the use of clinical-grade technology and expert massage techniques. There’s also a cryotherapy machine designed to ease muscle pain and boost circulation.
- The Spa at Adare Manor is the first in Ireland to have customized treatments by111SPA/CLINIC, known for its medically inspired innovation and 111SKIN products. One highlight is the Lunar28 Brightening Facial, which uses potent serums that mimic the resurfacing effects of clinical laser treatments, leaving skin smooth and luminous.
The Treatments
- The 111SKIN Facials are particularly noteworthy. Tackling concerns like rosacea, acne, inflammation and anti-aging, these treatments incorporate results-driven products alongside innovative tools like wrinkle-reducing wands, rose quartz, cryotherapy and energy-sculpting devices.
- The luxury spa provides a range of natural wellness therapies inspired by Ogham, the ancientIrish alphabet, where each symbol corresponds to a tree. The spa chose four symbols: willow, oak, ash and birch, representing Harmony, Balance, Rebirth and Renewal, respectively, to guide the spa menu. Harmony therapies relax and restore calm,Balance aims to release tension, Rebirth centers on prenatal care and Renew is designed to nourish and re-energize.
- The spa emphasizes facial massage techniques combined with advanced products and tools. But if you prefer a more hands-on approach, the Rose Quartz Restorative Facial is an excellent choice. The treatment blends signature massage techniques, a wrinkle-reducing wand and soothing rose quartz stone massage to sculpt, lift, and rejuvenate your skin.
- If jet lag has you feeling out of sorts, the Coladh Samh (pronounced “culla sauv”) treatment is the remedy. Meaning“sleep sound” in Irish, this therapy promotes deep relaxation through pressure point work, Swedish massage and cooling stones as a calming final touch.
