  • Ithaa Undersea Restaurant, the world’s first all-glass underwater restaurant, presents contemporary gastronomy and cocktail experiences. The tasting menu might feature bites like blackened scallops, reef lobster-stuffed calamarata pasta with burrata and lemongrass velouté and sous-vide wagyu beef tenderloin.
  • Mandhoo’s menu incorporates an ancient Greek philosophy of the five elements. Air-, earth-, fire-, water- and plant-inspired menus emit specific tastes, temperatures, levels of moisture and density that are believed to uniquely affect the body, mind and spirit.
  • This island resort is a paradise for wine lovers. With an impressive collection of 18,000 bottles, The Wine Cellar is the Maldives' first subterranean wine room, where guests can enjoy a multi-course tasting menu hosted by a chef and sommelier. In addition, The Cheese and Wine Bar features a selection of fine cheeses curated by the resort's maître fromager.

There are several ways to get to Conrad Maldives Rangali Island. If you arrive at Velana International Airport between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m., transfer by seaplane. If you land at the airport between 4 and 10 p.m., hop on a short domestic flight and then ride a speedboat. Or go by sea and take a three-hour yacht charter.
