The Ritz-Carlton brand prides itself on attention to detail. And no detail goes overlooked, including the pillow menu, which offers seven different choices; the aromatic Asprey bath amenities; artisanal pastries; and expertly prepared martinis.
Of its 280 rooms, the hotel boasts 41 suites, but the namesake Ritz-Carlton Suite certainly stands out. This 4,800-square-foot, two-bedroom oasis welcomes you with a two-story entrance, 270-degree Shenzhen skyline views, free-standing marble tubs and even more extravagances.
The spa celebrates Chinese culture by including ancient wellness traditions and healing botanical ingredients in many of its treatments. For example, the two-hour Heaven & Earth ritual seeks to improve energy flows throughout the body, using warm stones, foot reflexology and aromatherapy.
Considering Shenzhen’s burgeoning reputation as a hub for meetings and conventions, business travelers will appreciate the hotel’s world-class meeting and event facilities.
