Cuvée Bistro

A warm taste of Cape Cod
2026 Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star
VERIFIED LUXURY

Cuvée Bistro, the restaurant at Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Chatham Inn, offers a polished yet relaxed taste of Cape Cod. The intimate fireside dining room under a coffered ceiling suits everything from a quiet dinner for two to a celebration with friends, and the attentive service and well-curated wine and cocktail list keep the mood sophisticated without feeling stuffy.

The bistro takes a seasonal à la carte approach to coastal cooking built on local ingredients. Expect plates such as lobster ricotta cavatelli or bouillabaisse with littlenecks, shrimp, scallops, mussels and cod cheeks in a saffron-tomato broth.

Leading the kitchen is executive chef Robert Rando, who joined in March 2026 after stints at Raffles Boston and Topper’s on Nantucket. He brings a refined, seasonal approach inspired by the flavors and traditions of coastal New England.
