Our Inspector's Highlights

  • The sensory aspect of the spaces’ eclectic design is integral to the overall dining experience. Take the Tree of Life, a visual centerpiece of the dining lounge developed by Dorian van Braam’s studio, for example. Featuring natural scarred oak heartwood, a canopy of copper leaf foliage and solid brass marquetry through the core and trunk that represents the flow of life force, this sculpture nods to the brand’s Asian heritage.
  • The extensive menu spans diverse flavors from Asia. Influences from Japan, China, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia can be detected in the kitchen. The food is prepared with contemporary flair and high-quality ingredients, like black truffle, A5 wagyu, bluefin tuna and Hokkaido scallops.
  • Recommended dishes include the 24K Gold A5 Hokkaido wagyu and lobster sushi with caviar and gold leaf; crispy bee pollen chicken with black pepper honey glaze; Szechuan chicken dumplings; black truffle dragon oshizushi with foie gras and truffle; and Boston lobster pad thai.
  • Splurge-worthy signature experiences include the Ling Ling Kiwami Sushi Platter featuring the chef’s selection of sashimi, nigiri and maki sushi prepared with Oscietra caviar, lobster and oysters. Meat-lovers will appreciate the Kobe Kaiseki Experience, a four-course tasting of the rich, tender beef.
  • From the roster of innovative Asian-inspired cocktails, sip on signature creations such as Ling2 (lime-infused gin with raspberry and lavender) and Nami (vodka with plum liqueur and red velvet ice cream soda).
