Crudo Bar

An intimate Italian hot spot with Japanese flair
VERIFIED LUXURY

Foodies in the know head to Crudo Bar. Hidden within Lido Restaurant, which exudes the utmost Italian-infused sophistication, Crudo Bar is within a stone’s throw of a quiet stretch of Miami Beach’s white sands and aqua water. Lido Restaurant resides within Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, which has been a getaway for iconic actors, dignitaries and seemingly everyone in between since the 1930s.

Back to Crudo Bar — it’s an incredibly intimate experience, inclusive of its sleek bar layout and quaint-yet-filling crudo concoctions from chef Marco Calenzo. As a quick refresher, crudo translates to “raw” in Italian, and you can expect a variety of raw bases bedazzled here in an Italian-meets-Japanese fashion. Think yellowtail cacio e pepe-style or caviar atop a bed of cold spaghetti and almonds. These courses — which change regularly —are a part of what Crudo Bar dubs as “Journeys.” And, amid all of the accolades and buzz that Lido Restaurant and the broader Four Seasons resort may have, this much is clear — Crudo Bar is a unique journey of its own.
