Ned's Club Spa, inside The Ned Doha, is like a secret hideaway. From the quirky art-lined waiting area to the spacious and coolly comfortable treatment rooms, it’s a modern city escape. With just three treatment rooms, including a couples space, it is among the most intimate spas in the city, yet Ned's Club Spa manages to pack a range of services to cater to your body, mind and overall wellness.

On the fourth floor of the midcentury-modern hotel, which in a former life was Qatar’s Interior Ministry, the spa oozes 1970s retro cool. Its facilities include The Ned’s photo-ready, ground-floor outdoor 30-meter pool, which screams Hollywood-style glamour, as well as sauna and steam rooms.

Also on the premises is a fully equipped Technogym fitness center that's open around the clock, as well as spaces for yoga, Pilates and personal training sessions.

After a treatment, you are encouraged to relax and take tea in a comfortable, natural-light-filled lounge with unique views across Doha’s Corniche.
There is a menu of specialized pregnancy-friendly massages and body treatments for expectant mothers. For example, the Full Body Care includes a foot bath, a dry-skin brushing, an exfoliation, a massage and a balm to help with stretch marks.
Arrive earlier to visit the steam and sauna areas, which are also available for hotel guests to use, as is the centerpiece outdoor pool.
Try the Turkish or Moroccan ritual in the custom-made, green and white marbled hammam.
Luxurious Cowshed amenities in the changing rooms and products are used in massages, facials and body treatments.

The Treatments

The Moroccan Hammam includes the full bath experience — lathering, steaming and scrubbing in the custom suite — and leaves you with exfoliated, radiant skin. The Turkish Hammam is similar but relies more on the humidity of the steam room to cleanse you from head to toe.
Just off a flight and in need of an instant pick-me-up? The speedy express treatments include a 30-minute head, neck and shoulder massage that will have you energized in no time.
The compact spa menu features facials, including the 60-minute signature service, incorporating cleansing, steaming, exfoliation and extraction, and a massage for your face, neck and shoulders.
The 90-minute hot stone massage uses heated volcanic rocks to deeply relax tense muscles, allowing the therapist to target and work on problem areas.
The Doha spa is one of a handful of places in the city offering a 60- or 90-minute Balinese massage, which utilizes long, soothing strokes as well as elements of reflexology and acupressure.
