A Nordic spin on French-Asian cuisine
VERIFIED LUXURY
Here are five things to know about us:
1. We verify luxury. Our highly trained inspectors visit every property we rate, evaluating based on up to 900 objective criteria. Our hotel stays span a minimum of two nights.
2. We pay our own way. No one can buy a rating; all ratings are earned through our objective inspection process.
3. Our global team of inspectors are anonymous at all times, so they have the same experience as a typical guest.
4. While we inspect both service and facility, our Star Rating system emphasizes service because your experience at a hotel, restaurant or spa goes beyond looks — how it makes you feel is what you will remember most.
5. We started in1958 as Mobil Travel Guide, and we created the original Five-Star rating system for hospitality.

Four-Star

At Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Atlantis, The Palm, Studio Frantzén by internationally acclaimed Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, of the renowned Frantzén in Stockholm and Zén in Singapore, brings his unique culinary vision to the Middle East for the first time. At this contemporary European bistro, French-inspired cuisine meets bold Asian flavors with Nordic influences. Frantzén, known for his superior techniques and innovation, presents a menu that is both sophisticated and approachable. Drawing inspiration from his open-flame kitchen in Stockholm, the restaurant showcases signature and newly imagined dishes prepared “from the fireplace” using the finest ingredients from around the world — including Norway, Japan and France. But the establishment also adds in some playfulness, from the large bear face sculpture at the entrance (Björn means “bear,” and it’s a recurring theme) to a delightful post-meal Candy Room. Studio Frantzén delivers a relaxed à la carte dining experience in a lively setting, promising a great night out in Dubai.
