The menu spans traditional massage and facial therapies alongside more contemporary recovery modalities, including red-light therapy and cryotherapy. The programming leans toward physical restoration, particularly for travelers arriving after long journeys or extended time on their feet in Charleston’s historic district.

Between treatments, guests can spend time in dedicated relaxation areas that maintain the same restrained, coastal design as the rest of the hotel. The result is a spa that feels intentionally structured around recovery, with a clear emphasis on function as much as atmosphere.

A recovery room incorporates tech-forward amenities, like compression therapy systems, a zero-gravity Oakworks bed and a cryolounger for targeted physical restoration.
Programming extends outdoors with curated fitness and wellness experiences designed around Charleston’s waterfront setting and surrounding natural landscape — think sunrise yoga, a run club and a 90-minute ruck (weighted walk) tour of downtown Charleston.
The fitness center goes beyond basic free weights with an Escape HIIT rack and an Assault Air Runner alongside plenty of Technogym machines.

The MBR Liquid Surgery facial is the Charleston spa’s most advanced skincare offering, using MBR’s Liquid Surgery Serum and oxygen-based technology to support skin firmness and renewal.
The Platinum Glow is an ultimate all-in-one multi-dimensional facial. It combines three distinct advanced modalities into a single treatment: sculptural lymphatic drainage, a meticulous HydraFacial resurfacing to cleanse and hydrate, finishing with an Intraceuticals hyperbaric oxygen infusion to plump and lift.
Radiance & Reflex pairs a brightening facial with simultaneous foot reflexology, designed to address the face and nervous system at the same time.
